Jill Mather
Competition is fi erce! Today’s business environment demands that companies adapt to global technological advances, generational diff erences and diversity in the workforce and the demands of increased Guest service expectations. Training materials are rarely up to date, and the retention by employees of the information in outdated, mundane manuals is generally minimal. Documentation, testing and certifi cation are cumbersome and inconsistent. The company that masters learning as a core competency will be able to establish a competitive advantage in the marketplace based upon superior execution of the product and the Guest experience. Let’s explore how to train your team members to look at “service” in a way that makes it easy to give premium Guest Service.
